How do you accept payments?
We have various options to make paying more convenient and hassle free. You can pay here. We also accept Venmo, square payments, and cash. We currently do not accept checks.
How often should I have my home pressure or soft washed?
We recommend having your home pressure or soft washed annually to maintain its cleanliness and prevent the buildup of dirt, mold, algae, and other contaminants. However, the frequency may vary depending on factors such as climate, location, and the surrounding environment.
Is pressure washing safe for all surfaces?
While pressure washing is generally safe for most hard surfaces like concrete, brick, and metal, it may not be suitable for delicate surfaces such as wood, siding, or painted surfaces. In such cases, we recommend soft washing, which uses low-pressure techniques and specialized cleaning solutions to ensure gentle yet effective cleaning without causing damage.
Will pressure washing damage my plants or landscaping?
When done correctly by experienced professionals, pressure washing should not harm your plants or landscaping. We take precautions to protect your vegetation by using biodegradable cleaning solutions and carefully controlling the pressure and angle of the water spray. Additionally, we recommend covering delicate plants or moving them away from the area being cleaned for added protection.
How long does a pressure or soft washing service typically take?
The duration of the service depends on various factors such as the size of the area to be cleaned, the level of dirt or stains present, and the type of surfaces being treated. On average, a pressure or soft washing service for a standard-sized home can take anywhere from one to several hours to complete.
Do I need to be home during the pressure or soft washing service?
While it's not necessary for you to be present during the service, we welcome your presence if you prefer. As experienced technicians, we are equipped to handle the job efficiently and professionally. If you cannot be present, we can coordinate access to the areas needing cleaning and provide updates on the progress of the service.
How far in advance should I schedule a pressure or soft washing appointment?
We recommend scheduling your appointment at least two days in advance, especially during peak seasons or busy periods. However, we understand that emergencies or urgent needs may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.
Are your cleaning solutions safe for pets and children?
Although we use biodegradable products that are gentle on surfaces, as an added precaution, we recommend keeping pets and children away from the area being cleaned until it has dried completely.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our pressure or soft washing services, please contact us within 72 hrs. of the service date, and we will do our best to address your concerns promptly.
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the nature of the issue and the extent of the dissatisfaction. We may offer a full or partial refund, credit towards future services, or a re-cleaning of the affected areas, depending on the circumstances.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for services that have been completed satisfactorily and in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Additionally, refunds may not be granted for issues beyond our control, such as the presence of pre-existing damage to surfaces.
